Samantha Shrubb

I have worked in complex care in the home for the past fifteen years and I have a background in counselling, psychology and customer service. I am passionate about the care that our staff provide. I have seen how transformative it can be for families and individuals to receive care in their own home setting and the difference that a fantastic team of staff can make.

I am very proud of the work that our nurses and care staff deliver and I am very driven to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of care through training and feedback. I work with the ethos that we should always be working to enhance our service and we should always be listening and learning from our staff and our clients.
