A. Not all of our care roles require you to have experience, but naturally roles that involve more complex areas of care will require you to have a certain amount of training and experience so we can ensure that our clients are well cared for. A. There are some aspects of care work that do require you to have access to transportation, this will always be discussed with you at application and interview stage. It’s usually beneficial for you and the people you’re caring for if you’re able to use your own transport.
