Karen Grace

I have been working in the healthcare sector since leaving school at the age of 18, where I commenced my general nurse training, qualifying in 1994 as a Registered General nurse. I have been really fortunate to work in varying sectors within the NHS  for 15 years which gave me an excellent experience in a wide range of acute healthcare.

I have worked for the last 15 years mainly within the complex care at home sector, an area of healthcare which I have found so rewarding, working alongside and training lots of support workers who come with great skills and a passion to deliver the best care possible to individuals in their own homes and being able to ensure each client receives the personalised care they require.

As Clinical Director at Libertatem Healthcare I have been involved in creating a successful business and am proud to have achieved an outstanding CQC rating as the Registered Manager.

It has been an exciting time to be part of the transition of Libertatem Healthcare Group  into the Sonderwell family.

As Clinical Director, I am working closely with all areas across the business to promote safe and effective clinical practice and support our nurse manager team to deliver the ongoing support to our clients and their teams.
