Commercial Director

Emma joined Sonderwell in November 2023 as the Commercial Director. She has extensive health and social care experience working in a variety of commercial and operational roles in both the private and public sector.

Emma’s career started in the NHS, where she trained and worked as an ITU nurse. She then transitioned into a commercial sales role in a global pharmaceutical company before taking up a commercial leadership position at Bupa Home Healthcare. Emma also spent several years working for a national neurodisability charity supporting the development of a new neurorehabilitation service.

Emma recently worked in the trading and commercial team at Nuffield Health leading the development of their NHS strategy for elective care. Emma is passionate about people and is excited about collaborating with her colleagues at Sonderwell to deliver high quality services to our clients and customers.
