I’m lucky enough to have spent the vast majority of my professional life working in organisations that provide help of one kind or another to people who need it. I understand how important it is to our employees to do this kind of work and I feel happy to be in a position to support my colleagues in being the best they possibly can be.

I love having a people centred job, and spend my days supporting and interacting with colleagues who give their energy to others unconditionally. I’m glad that there are occasions when I’m able to give some of my energy to them.

I believe that our society is beginning  to place more value people who care for others, paid or otherwise, and I hope to see this recognition and respect continue to grow during my lifetime.
