I have worked within the recruitment market for over 25 years across several sectors.   Starting off as a rookie recruitment consultant.   I have had some great experiences, building national recruitment teams.  Joining Sonderwell in 2019, I had a desire to put all I had learnt into the healthcare recruitment market following a personal loss and seeing the true passion and commitment of the carers who had supported my loved one.

So today here I am leading the Sonderwell Staffing Solutions division, every day comes with challenges but when you know that everything you are doing with the team around you is truly giving someone the care they deserve no challenge is too much.
