New location for Sonderwell

Sonderwell recently marked a significant milestone for the organisation, the opening of our new Central Support Office.

CEO John Lee said: “This is an important moment for us as we continue on our journey of providing the very best possible care and support to our clients, carers and colleagues.

“It is particularly important because we have brought all of our central support team members from across the Group under one roof within one office where we all share one goal and mission – to empower the people we support to live the most fulfilling life they can. And having all of the central support functions in one place is a critical step in helping us achieve that mission.

“Bringing our operations into one central location gives us more than just a physical space; it offers us a  place where we can share our values, dedication and passion for what we do.

“We can share knowledge, resources and best practice more efficiently and through collaborating more closely, we can make sure that the expertise and experience we have within the talented team at Sonderwell is best used to help us provide the very best care we can.”
