I have been a Registered Nurse for adults, since 2004 and have been working in complex care since leaving the NHS in 2013. Throughout my career in the NHS I worked and specialised in critical care, Neurosciences and latterly as a commissioner of Continuing Healthcare. My practice spans across all ages and have up to date clinical skills working with adults, children, and young people.
I am dedicated and passionate about a person-centred care approach to quality Care at Home and improving lives and goals of those who have experienced catastrophic or life changing illness or injury of all ages.
Since 2014 I have been leading clinical, operational, and quality teams within the complex care within the Care at Home sector across a variety of roles within complex care, from Nurse Manager through to Director. I’m proud to lead teams through experience, whilst always striving to improve, grow and make a difference. I have been with Sonderwell since its inception, and am proud to see the difference we make everyday.
I can often be found thinking of ways to make the impossible possible, alongside quality, safety and compliance and have previously won a national award for innovative approach to healthcare.
